Very disappointing, it is not gold what shines! Positive: Big and spacious, well located and nice shared spaces. Negative: Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we found the apartment in an unacceptable state: stained bedsheets, dirty kitchenware, food crumbs and sticky floors. Even cabinets were left opened with keys ok the door, giving the impression of poor attention to detail. While the management offered a late-night cleaning, this was not a practical solution after a long day of travel. Despite raising our concerns, the response felt inadequate, and the proposed compensation did not reflect the inconvenience caused. Overall, I expected a much higher standard for a property of this level and price. Very loud due to wind and floor 10.
