The Windsor apartments are in a great location close to trams and buses and the city. Positive: The Windsor Apartments were in a great location, close to the trams and buses and Cooper’s Ale. The instructions to get access to the unit were very informative and easy to follow. The underground car parking was close to the apartment with a lift to the appropriate floor. The apartment was a good size with a full kitchen available. There were three bedrooms and one bathroom. A washing machine and dryer were also available as well as a clothes horse. Negative: The advertisement for the apartment said it was a king size bed (extra-large double). However it was not and was only a queen. The lounge was difficult for us to get up and too low. The toilet ran most of the time.

I would recommend anybody to stay there Positive: The property was absolutely beautiful. The views were great and I’d recommend anybody to stay there. Negative: There is nothing wrong with this place. It was really nice.

Great location and secure. We have agreed we would stay here again. Positive: Our host John has been super helpful. The timing of messages was spot on, in terms of, we knew everything we needed to know about accessing keys etc. Read the instructions and everything is a breeze. Returning the 2nd key required some serious coordination. Luckily for us, John was okay with us ever so slightly deviating from the instructions on where to leave the keys on departure. Rather than leaving both in the apartment, we left one in the lockbox. Negative: The pitch of the carpark roof; those with higher vehicles, keep your wits about you whilst finding and parking your vehicle.
