Luxury Apartment Caves Beach 4 Bed WiFi & Parking

Although some minor inconveniences, we would definitely sta there again. Positive: Location and unit was nice. Negative: Unfortunately due to reasons out of anyone’s control, dishwasher leaked, sink leaked and there was maintenance on the lift which meant the last couple of days we had to use stairs.

Enjoyed our time Positive: Great location in Caves Beach. The water views were lovely! It is only a short walk to the beach, and the Caves Coastal pub is a nice place to walk for a meal too. Convenient with IGA and bottle shop downstairs. The property is quite spacious. It seems the towels and linen have been replaced since earlier negative reviews about that. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking ware etc. Negative: No ducted air con although there are fans in the bedrooms. There is an air con unit in the lounge room. We couldn't find outside bins to be able to empty the apartment bins at the end of our stay? We found other guests also wondering around with rubbish. One of the bedrooms has no windows.

Very good stay Positive: Amazing location , well stocked pantry Negative: Bathroom locks did not work . Only one key was given for a four bedroom property , shower curtains missing ... the bathroom was a mess after anyone used the shower .

Great location, beautiful view but owner needs to spend money on maintenance and employ new cleaners! Positive: Fabulous location and views Negative: The property was not as clean as it could be given the price to stay there. There were thread bare towels and the pillows needed replacing. Could do with some updated linen on all beds. The fridge was not working upon arrival. Whilst they gave us two eskies within about 30 mins and ordered a new fridge it wasn’t delivered for two days. The BBQ was filthy with baked on grease so you couldn’t cook on it. They sent a cleaner to clean it two days after notifying the management that we wanted to have a BBQ. The cleaner spent over an hour on it but it still looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. (see before and after pics).
